These terms describe the use of CasaNumbers. Any separate service agreement and mandatory consumer or data-protection rights continue to apply.

CasaNumbers organizes properties, rooms, tenancies, recorded charges and payments, security deposits and documents. It does not process rent payments, transfer deposits to authorities, provide legal advice or produce a complete tax statement. Reported figures cover the activity recorded in the service.
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and report suspected unauthorized access. A personal account does not grant access to a portfolio. Administrators manage tenant access; users must not attempt to access another person’s account or documents outside their permission.
Administrators are responsible for entering information they are authorized to manage, checking tenancy and allocation inputs, and reviewing actions before confirmation. Confirmed financial corrections preserve history. Users should raise discrepancies with their portfolio manager. Displayed balances do not replace the tenancy agreement or applicable law.
Upload only information you are entitled to use and share. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Automated extraction may be incomplete or wrong and requires human review. Do not upload malicious files or use the service to distribute unlawful content.
Do not bypass access controls, abuse contact forms, interfere with the service or attempt to obtain other portfolios’ information. The operator may take proportionate steps to protect accounts and service availability. Maintenance and failures can interrupt access; no uninterrupted-service guarantee is made here.
Contact the operator about ending your service account, and the portfolio manager about its tenancy records. Some financial records or backups may need to remain for applicable obligations or resolving claims. Former tenants retain access only to the records permitted by the service’s authorization rules.
These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate agreed commercial terms govern any price or service commitment; this page does not introduce fees.
